Before you start screwing in lightbulbs, you should get your phone set up ready to connect to them. To do this, you must download the free Smart Life app using one of the following links:
Once the app has installed, you'll need to create an account using an email address. The process is quite straightforward, and more detailed instructions are provided below.
Open the Smart Life app and select "Register".
Accept the terms and conditions.
Enter your email address, and press "Get Verification Code". Then check for an email from [Smart Life] and enter the code into the app.
Next, set a password for the Smart Life app.
When you see this screen, you're ready to start adding lightbulbs!
